Embassy Suites by Hilton Myrtle Beach Oceanfront Resort

This resort was the perfect getaway to celebrate my husband's birthday! Our view of the ocean and grounds was beautiful. We had complimentary hot breakfast each morning, and 2 complimentary cocktails each evening during happy hour. The service is excellent! There are plenty of amenities. The Embassy Suites really tries to make your stay feel all-inclusive. We hope to visit again, soon, with our children.

The best part is that all the rooms have an ocean view! We were on the 10th floor closer to the road and still had a great view. And it’s wonderful to sit out on the balcony. I loved it! I wish I was there for more than a night. The bathroom seems to be newly remodeled. It felt clean, modern, and new. The walk in shower had a rain shower head and then another that sprayed out. It was super nice! The bed was comfortable but the sheets felt starched. The furniture is worn but perfect. There is microwave/fridge, toaster and coffee maker. I also appreciated flooring instead of carpet. They do allow pets but having a floor made me feel better about it being clean. My allergies didn’t kick and I am highly sensitive. So, you can feel good about the cleanliness.

Love staying at Embassy Suites Kingston Plantation in North Myrtle Beach. Location is great. Located right on the beach. Love the resort restaurant, Black Drum. The pizza is a must try. Delicious! Rooms are spacious and well maintained. The patio area has a large pool, hot tub, cabanas and multiple areas with fire pits. Staff is always friendly.

We stayed over New Year's and overall really loved the hotel! We got the oceanfront suite and it had stunning views of the ocean as well as the pool that had beautiful Christmas lights in it. Room was clean and updated, no weird smells or anything. I thought the bed was super comfy, though bedding was thin - I'm glad I brought extra blankets! Breakfast was fancy and delicious with lots of options! Best (free) resort breakfast I've ever had. All the amenities were still open despite it being the off-season! My complaints are, 1. The pool deck closed at 5pm, which is a real shame because we were looking forward to using the hot tub at sunset. The pool deck has such beautiful lighting and decorations in winter, why not keep it open later? Being able to stargaze on the deck would have been nice, too. 5pm is way too early to close. 2. The indoor pool / hot tub is a drive away, it is not part of the hotel. And it also closes at 5pm. 3. Despite the pool deck being closed at 5pm, music was played until about 11pm which we could hear from our hotel room at night. Why play music if you're closed anyways? 4. Hotel was generally understaffed. Room service wasn't reliable, check in/out lines were long with only one or two employees working. However, those working there were very friendly!

We had a great time here! Came for my company meeting and they made sure to give us the best amenities and arrangements. We will definitely be coming back here to vacation as well. The brewery restaurant on site was also nice. Great pool and hot tub view.

Jacob...the epitome of Hospitality. Jacob was incredibly warm, soothing, yet VERY WELCOMING! He was professional, prompt, and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and relaxed stay for me. I cannot rave enough about his very pleasant demeanor. Not over the top, and just perfect. Keep him around! ELEVATE HIM!!! Your business and employees deserve this type of spirit leading them. Also, Enkelada (I'm sure I messed her name up) but she works in the restaurant. She is the most jovial hostess and she made me feel welcomed each time. I will say, everyone was kind, with the exception of one desk agent with a Jamaican accent. I don't remember her name. Though she apologized to me for being rude, it was incredibly backhanded. I speak with an assertion, but there is a difference. I let her know her statement to me was offensive and that I would be leaving an honest review. I simply asked her to correct the parking fees as I did have a vehicle, but it was not parked there. I also had a condo booked at the Royale Palms where I parked in tbe garage nightly. My daughter and her 2 friends actually enjoyed the Villa together at the Kingston for their "Friendsmas". The agent responded to me "You should have told them this when you checked in, now I have to correct it." Very insensitive and unprofessional considering she was not tbere at check in and is clueless to the interaction. Nevertheless, she did not completely correct this, but when I called back, to my surprise, Jacob answered and the resolution began. Thank you all for wonderful service.

Great stay for our 20th Wedding Anniversary during the Christmas holiday! Driving in from Houston, Texas we experienced breathtaking oceanfront views, amazing complimentary breakfast and friendly staff members, Tootie and Dee-dee made it fun and very welcoming! We'll definitely be back!

Never stayed with Hilton. I am a loyal Marriott Bonvoy Member. In August we took our first family vacation since having our 2 year old. Daughters ages 15, 6, & 2. Had an issue during booking and to make up for inconvenience was offered Hilton Honors points, rate adjustment, or room upgrade. I declined the points because I wasn't convinced we'd be returning. I checked periodically, all the rooms better than hours were sold out. When we arrived at check in I thought for sure that an upgrade wouldnt be available and we would have issues obtaining what was offered as compensation. The woman checking us in got the manager, Tyneshia Macon, who was often referred to as "Bunny". She was pleasant, kind, personable, and understood customer service very well. I gave her my ticket # and told her what was offered to me and my disappointment that an upgrade wasn't unavailable. She took her time and found an amazing upgrade with the BEST VIEW. She went out of her way to help curate the best vacation experience for us during our stay. The room was amazing! I never could've imagined that we would have enjoyed ourselves as much as we did. Bunny upgraded more than our room, she upgraded our experience! I couldn't help but get emotional. She even called multiple times to check on us. Bunny intentionally made sure that we would have an amazing vacation, she made sure we'd want to return and it worked! The amenities are outstanding.There are so many pools & hot tubs, the fitness center is incredible with an indoor pool and splash pad and sauna. They even have a golf simulator which my husband was very excited about! I was pleasantly surprised at how good the food was on property. Usually resort food is blah but the food on property was so good. We stayed as long as we possibly could. We were still on the road when we started planning to return next year. We've decided that we'll make it an annual family trip. We enjoyed so many things about our stay but without a doubt Tyneshia made the difference. She was so kind, patient, genuine, and humble....she literally smiled the entire time. I told her she better still be here next year!
